Canine Good Citizen is part of the AKC Family Dog Program and many dog owners choose CGC as their first step in training their dogs. It also provides a great foundation for getting started in dog sports. 

AKC Rally® is one of the newest AKC sports and participation increases every year. Whether you just train or decide to compete, Rally develops better teamwork between you and your dog. Just as importantly, it will sharpen your dog’s obedience skills and behavior – at home and in public. 

Obedience Trials demonstrate the dog’s ability to follow specified routines in the obedience ring and emphasize the usefulness of the dog as a companion to humankind. The objective of obedience trials is to recognize dogs that have been trained to behave in the home, in public places, and in the presence of other dogs in a manner that will reflect credit on the sport of obedience at all times and under all conditions.

Founded in 1884, the AKC is the recognized and trusted expert in breed, health and training information for dogs. AKC actively advocates for responsible dog ownership and is dedicated to advancing dog sports.

We are United States Dog Agility Association, Inc. (USDAA), the world's largest independent authority for the sport of dog agility, with more than 40,000 registered competitors and more than 200 different breeds of dogs, including mix breeds. USDAA represents more than 150 affiliated groups conducting 1,000 days of events each year throughout the continental United States, Canada, Mexico, Bermuda, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Philippines, and Japan.

 The North American Dog Agility Council (NADAC) is a dog agility venue with the main goal of giving every competitor what they desire to achieve from this sport that so many of us spend our weekends competing in.  Whether you enjoy being highly competitive, or just come to trials to meet with your friends and relax. We are striving to give you the absolute best experience from both sides of the page.

Canine Performance Events, Inc. currently offers titling classes in Agility. Our basic philosophy is for the dog and handler to have FUN while competing for agility titles.

ASCA Agility is open to all breeds. There are three titling classes: Regular, Jumpers, and Gamblers. The three levels offered are Novice, Open, and Elite. In 2014 ASCA added a lower jump height program and the original program was renamed the ‘Championship’ program. It offers three divisions; Standard, Veterans and Junior Handler. An Agility Trial Champion (ATCH) title is a goal these dogs can work toward in all divisions.

Therapy Dogs International (TDI®) is a volunteer organization dedicated to regulating, testing and registration of therapy dogs and their volunteer handlers for the purpose of visiting nursing homes, hospitals, other institutions and wherever else therapy dogs are needed. 

Welcome to the website of the American Temperament Test Society, Inc. (ATTS). We hope that you will be able to find the answers here to many of your questions about our organization and the TT (Temperament Tested) title for dogs. 

This is a new, all-inclusive titling event for you and  your dog.  The best part - any dog or handler can do it - NO restrictions!  The event is only timed for placements so no time disqualifications and the first level is on leash. We don't care how long it takes your team to finish, we want you and your dog to have FUN!!!!!  Accommodations can be made for you or your dog. ​And if you really like to compete - get ready to get your rodeo on! This will be a unique experience for you and your dog!

Healing Touch for Animals® (HTA) teaches pet owners and animal advocates specific techniques and applications to promote wellness, provide support through injury or illness, help with behavior issues and enhance the animal/human bond.

This venture was started because of our passion for the human-animal bond. We also wanted to let others tell their stories and provide the best information possible on caring for your pets.
